Ormskirk won both matches in the fourth of five evenings. Closest rivals Liverpool 2b were beaten 50-49, Eric Lupton top scoring with 17. Warrington were beaten 45-32, Peter Duffy top scoring with 20, backed up by Eric Lupton with 16.
