Division 1:- 20 points from Bill Gerrard wasn’t enough for Turks Head Sinners to avoid defeat at the hands of Robin Hood. Despite 15 points from Kevin Walton, Turks Head Saints lost to Colly Wobblers, for whom Mike Unsworth scored 21. 16 points from Eric Lupton helped Rugby Hounds earn a victory over Whippet.
Division 2:- Squigglers maintained their 100% record with a comfortable win over Hayfield; Janet Crompton (19) and Barry Marshall (12) scored well for the winners, as did Matt Cochrane (15) for Hayfield. Helenians stay second after their win over Aughton Institute; Dave Boyd (18) and Alf Westwell (13) top scored for the winners. Benchwarmers, for whom Rob Green scored 15 lost to Bispham Farmers Arms; Jim Dawber also scored 15 for the winners.
